This fabulous home belonged to one of our favourite clients. Recently purchasing a large block for their family to enjoy on the outskirts of Brisbane meant this home needed a new family to enjoy everything it offers. Our clients booked in their Pre-sale clean, no evaluation required. We had been looking after their home on a regular basis after the massive renovation two years prior, so we knew what we were in for!
They let us work our magic. We had the home ready for photos and the Open Homes that followed prior to the Auction. It is an amazing home with two levels of spacious living: a wine cellar, granny flat and a fabulous outdoor area – and Brisbane’s best artist-created outdoor wall! Once the home was sold, and the furniture moved out, we completed a final exit clean ready for its new owners. Job done!
